There’s still time to make plans to go to Vic, the legendary French salsa-fest - you’ll get to hear la Banda Municipal de Santiago de Cuba, Grupo Caribe, Johnny Pacheco, Ismael Miranda and Orquesta de la Luz, among others... in addition to walking around the cobblestone streets of a town known for bullfighting, set in the sunflower fields.
